What's the Least Funny TV Show Ever?

I nominate the British show “Last Of The Summer Wine”. It’s been running about 20 years and every episode is the same. I have never met anyone who admits to enjoying this show.

Seinfeld.

ducks and runs for cover

Oh come on. They’re old men! They’re going down a hill in a bath! That never gets old.

**Seinfeld.

Ive tried liking this show, I really have, but I really cant.
Yes, I’m aware of the iconic status of the show. Yes, I’m aware that I’m probably going to be crucified on this board for suggesting this. Yes, I’m aware that TV Guide rated this drivel as #1 on their all-time list of the greatest TV shows. So what? These four assholes are on the top of my list of people I want to bitchslap.

Why, you ask? I’m glad you did.

Its. About. Nothing.
As far as I’m concerned, thats a flaw, not a feature. I remember watching an episode where for 30 minutes, all that the four protagonists did was walk around a multi-level parking lot trying to find their car, accosting random people and demanding that they drive them around.
For 30 minutes.
This is supposed to be funny? WTF?

Jason Alexander makes me want to throw up, Julia Dreyfus’ character is nothing but a whiny-assed crybaby, nothing Michael Richards does is funny, least of all his exaggerated gestures and brief epileptic seizures, and Seinfeld? Ah, Seinfeld. Can you say bug-eyed-smarmy-self-important-sonofabitch, Jerry?

Arrested Development.

No series made me wish more for a itty bitty rifle than Webster.

FULL HOUSE and FAMILY MATTERS.

Why can’t they have FAMILY GUY right after the SIMPSONS instead of what ever crap is on at 8:30pm Sundays?

Full House in a landslide. Even though I was a kid when it was on, I never understood why the audience was laughing when there was never anything funny.

Most 1970s variety show; there are too many to list.

I’d rather watch a 24-hour Last of the Summer Wine marathon than a single episode of Allo Allo (incredibly moronic sitcom set in WW2 France), Hi-de-Hi (dreary 1950’s British holiday camp), or indeed anything written by Jimmy Perry and David Croft that isn’t called Dad’s Army.

The few episodes I’ve seen of Everybody (or is it Everyone ?) Loves Raymond were atrociously unfunny.

I know the show has its fans.

Blasphemy!!!

Good Times. The poverty saddens me, and the lame humor saddens me even more.

Jimmy “Dyn-O-mite!” Walker was particularly irksome and unfunny.

Still, *Full House * is the biggest stinker that comes to mind. I realize it was supposed to be family fare, but it’s so bland it makes me feel like I’m eating plain oatmeal without milk or butter.

Sigh. I actually remember when *Saturday Night Live * was actually funny. I feel so old …

Full House may be unfunny, but Family Matters had Urkel.

Urkel was not funny, and as his presence only increased over time, Family Matters approached a complete lack of funny.

And not only did it have Urkel, but it had, Stefan Urquelle, the UrkelBot, the Urkel (the dance), Urkel’s clone, and the inevitable Steve and Laura hookup at the series end.

It is, thus, the least funny show ever. QED.

King of the Hill.

I have to say Who’s the Boss? gets my vote. I mean, you can’t even give it the Allysa Milano factor because she was just a kid at the time.

Of course, there’s always the blessedly brief Ferris Beuller tv series. That was a piece of crap.

[QUOTE=Millit the FrailAnd not only did it have Urkel, but it had, Stefan Urquelle, the UrkelBot, the Urkel (the dance), Urkel’s clone, and the inevitable Steve and Laura hookup at the series end.[/QUOTE]

And you can’t forget Stevil, Urkel’s evil doll that came to life.

Drawn Together. Every episode is 22 minutes of teh suck.

That 70’s Show.

Look, I am the age they’re trying to show those idiots as being, and there’s nothing at all that reminds me of growing up in the 70’s, and it’s not funny. It’s stupid. SCHTOOOOPID.

Also Everybody Loves Raymond.

No they don’t, his family is really annoying and dysfunctional, which is not funny.
