How about the scene in The Fly where Jeff Goldblum’s character starts losing his teeth? Or when he throws up on his food and then sucks it down? Or where he throws up on the dude’s leg and dissolves it. Or the birth scene? Or the death scene? Man, what a gross movie.

Ok, ditto the American History X thing, that made me shiver. I would say that the entire second half of Requiem for a Dream was pretty brutal, but the mother in the hospital was worse for me than Jared Leto’s arm.
As far as things that made me feel sick while I was watching them, Meet the Feebles has several scenes that turned my stomach. The second time (yes, I watched it twice) I saw it was just as bad, which is a measure of grossness, as far as I’m concerned. Especially the fly in the toilet.
Also, I think that Dead Alive has some pretty nasty scenes. The way flesh goes all stretchy when it gets ripped off struck a chord. And who can forget that fabulous climax?
Anyhow, those are my big three right this second.
