What's the most interesting car you saw today?

I want one of those so bad. I always have.

If I had to choose just one from all the cars, pickups, and miscellaneous odd vehicles that have been posted in this thread, I’d choose that Power Wagon.

I thought this guy had a piece of plywood on top of his car.

It looks like it’s attached to the bumper. I’m guessing he can’t open the trunk without taking it off.

@Joey_P that’s more crazy than the craziest tail I’ve ever seen.

It doubles as a table when tailgating.

And on that note, yesterday I saw a Tesla painted Mary Kay Cosmetics pink.

A recent Aston Martin DB12 Volante parked in the visitor lot at work. Top speed of 202 mph.

Where else are you going to put your soup?

Perfect for Drive-In movies.

This Hello Kitty convertible:

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…

That must have taken hours. I can’t imagine how long it’s going to take to remove all the glue or clips or whatever is holding those lights on.

I was wondering about that too, and on looking closely, I think they may have used self-adhesive LED strips for at least some of it. Presumably, the owner tested to check that the adhesive won’t damage the paint of that nice BMW M Series.

Yikes. A lot of those LED strips use really good 3M adhesive. I’d be concerned about the damage if they’re left on for more than a few days.
I can’t imagine doing that to my own car unless unless I planed to have the exterior cleaned professionally. Possibly including removing and redoing the clear coat if it gets damaged. OTOH, maybe the person wrapped their car first* or plans to have it repainted or something.

*Come to think of it, I could see wrapping your car so you could decorate it for Halloween and Christmas, then remove the wrap in spring once the snow/slush/salt is gone.

Yeah but still guys, it looks pretty festive!

My understanding is that decorating your car with Christmas lights is of questionable legality in most states. Looks cool, probably illegal.

At the very least, I believe, at least in some states, it’s illegal to have blue lights on where on your car.

This morning I saw a Morris Minor Traveler, which is pretty much the British version of the woody station wagon (or estate, as they would call it). I didn’t notice if it was right or left hand drive; I believe these were officially exported to the US so they were built in left hand drive versions, but of course it could have been something someone brought over from the UK recently, too.

Here’s an example of a similar car:

Oh, last night I saw a car decorated with Christmas lights like the one @beowulff posted, except the one I saw just had white lights.

Pretty sure it’s illegal to have white lights anywhere but the front of the car in Colorado.

Tractor/loaders really piss me off when the road it and forget to turn off their lights on the rear of it. Big BRIGHT lights looking right down at you.

Holden Ute. Not in person, but in the background of a youtube video (made in Australia).

Pretty sure I was behind a Tesla sedan but it did not have a badge on the back of the car. Removed to reduce harassment?
