Cite? I couldn’t find that in the IMDb.
If it’s true, well! That would be very timely!

Never did I hea the themesong:
“When Goyim attack,
We give them a smack”
Maybe, but Dracula has never been done once in a way that is true to the book. And that is one scary book. (Have you read it?) There is plenty of material there for a trilogy.
I’m still pissed about Coppola’s version. Turned the whole thing into a loud, over-the-top action movie, and turned Van Helsing into a screaming lunatic (as opposed to the steely, determined sage of the book).
I’ll second the Foundation trilogy.
Stephen King’s Dark Tower series might be interesting.
Both might be interesting. Well Dark Tower would be. I always found the Foundation series dull.
Only problem is that I cringe when I think of what happens to King when his work hits the big or little screen.
So was Gibbon’s Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire, but they made a movie out of it. All right, kinda out of it . . .
Unfortunately, not much. Here’s an excerpt from an interview with Tim Minear from July 2006:
I guess it’s in pre-production hell. A lot of movies die there, so it’s far from a sure thing to be produced. But we can hope. At least there’s a finished script.
