Long story short, I installed a new shell for my windows mobile phone, but I can’t get the shortcut to the “settings” section to work. If I go into the file explorer through ActiveSync, I can see a folder called \Windows\Start Menu\Settings, but there is nothing in there…even though clicking on that shortcut in the start menu does bring me to the settings. I tried just making the “settings” icon in my new shell point to that same folder, but it doesn’t do anything.
This is the last hurdle I need to jump through to get the shell working properly. I can use it without this, as I can go the long way around and open a different program from the shell, then access the start menu and go to settings that way, but that’s a little too involved for me.
