There was an R&B song I heard a few years ago, but I can’t remember the name or the singers. I do remember this one part:
“You’re nothing but, a liar, a cheater, a deciever, heartbreaker.
And I won’t let you back in my life, so I’m taking,
the house, the car, the kids, and the dog. I want it all.”
The second question. What movie is this line from, “I regret nothing.” But it is said as a man if thrown out of a window, or something. He’s flying through the air.
Any help would be appreciated.
I don’t know about a movie…but “I regret nothing” was used in a Simpsons episode.
The song is called “Liar.” Profyle is the name of the artist.
“I regret nothing,” the way you’ve described it, does sound like the Simpsons usage. I think it’s a guy going off the stairway to nowhere, but somebody will know better than me. Here’s a recent thread about its actual origin.
That is the song. Thank you, that has been bugging me for months now.
And that line does come from a Simpsons episode, now that I think about it. If I can only find which episode…
Thank you guys so much for your help. I was going friggin batty.
