FWIW, if you’re a rogue and pickpocket ogres or trolls, you get these books by the bucket.
Another interesing one is the “Gnomish effigy”, which is essentially a doll, sometimes found in Demons’ pockets.
You can also get [A Trashy Romance Novel], which you can actually read a couple of pages of.
I think these are usually looted from Blood Elves.
