It’s a bar game I think. It consists of a ring on a pendulum that you try to get on a hook set in the wall.
Not very specific, I know. Those familiar with the game will know what I mean right away.

Wow, you’d need a pretty big bar to play that. Most bars don’t have a 12 foot circle they can spare, unless of course they charge alot to play it.
