True Story:
My mother, a thrifty lady by all accounts, has been known to purchase M&Ms and Kisses after Christmas, segregate the colors, freeze them, and then redeploy the appropriate hue at Valentine’s and St. Patrick’s…
Will someone, anyone, please comment on the shinyness of their M&M’s? Am I the only one who sees this?
The latest bag does seem shinier than normal, but I figured that was because the hot weather was making them “sweat”.
Hmm… well, let’s see…
(MrVisible rips open a nice new bag of M&M’s, and peers inside…)
Hey, wow, they do seem shinier. Heck, I could almost say they glow. Man, that’s bright, I wonder how they do that… wow, that’s a little too bright… hey! Ow! Jeez, it’s like looking at that eclipse the other day! OWW! Get 'em away from me! OH MY GOD, MY EYES! AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!
You know, turner, those sound like Sixlets to me. Are Sixlets and Canadian Smarties the same thing?
Mmmmm…Sixlets.
SIXLETS!!!
Long forgotten candies of childhood! Once I left a huge bag of Sixlets in a hot cat while on vacation. The chocolate melted, but the candy shell stayed solid.
Damn, that was good.
That should say * I left a huge bag of Sixlets in a hot car*, not a hot cat.
Please do not insert Sixlets into the cat.
I haven’t noticed my M&M’s being any shinier than usual. That could, of course, be because I don’t have the time to look at them before they enter my mouth.
Thank you thank you thank you for making my day!!! This has to be the funniest typo I have seen in a long time.
I know! Me too! I SO just got busted by my boss, giggling at my desk.
Damn you all!! Now I have to go to the store, 5 miles into town, just to get some M&Ms.
I hate you
