I’m looking here, and I’m seeing Budget Player Cadet’s name listed as three words in a column, on separate lines. Also, there is a line of share icons, including a line to skype him. His is the only one I see this way.
I’m seeing it all on one line. What are you viewing it with?
It appears normal, all on one line to me also. I’m using Chrome.

Pretty sure it’s the Skype icon being broken. I hoped they’d fix that, but they didn’t.
Without the icon, you see a very long description, which, combined with the three word name, makes it so long that his name word-wraps, I think.
I tried to address this in my style tweaker script by making usernames not wrap. Unfortunately, mobile support for userscripts is abysmal, and I designed my script with Desktop in mind.
Still, if you want to try it, TamperMonkey has a version for the Dolphin mobile web browser.
I had his name breaking to two lines when the new skin first posted. I had to reduce my zoom a bit to get it back to one line. Of course, I’m reading on a laptop so reducing the zoom a couple percent doesn’t make a horrific difference to readability.
ETA: The really weird thing is that his name was the only one doing the wrapping, even with others who had long, multi-word names. Maybe he’s just special?

You don’t even need to decrease the width of the browser window all that much.
I get the same in my iPhone SE when in landscape mode.
ETA: Huh. And he’s the only one, too, that has that line of icons for me. (Although that’s both on my desktop and iPhone. Perhaps he’s the only user on that page to have Yahoo Messenger, and whatever all the other icons are set up?)
That looks 100% like it’s because of that Skype image being broken. (It points to an image on Skype’s site that does not exist anymore.)
When you get a small enough width, the icons are completeley gone.
From the front page I saw “What’s with Budget Player…” in ATMB, and recalled having gotten quite blotto last night. Yeesh, don’t gimme a heart attack, guys. 
Oh, it looks like also breaks up that way on the iPad in portrait orientation.

Since you’re here, BPC, maybe consider removing the Skype info from your profile. It doesn’t work right anyways without my Skype fixer. It can’t tell that Skype is installed.

Yes, it’s fairly obvious now. The broken icon is making that column very wide, which given the “responsive” nature of this skin, the name column is made much more narrow, such that depending on zoom level the name fits differently.
Killing the skype thing fixed it.
