What's your all time favorite relaxing song?

A Thousand Years

Ravel’s Bolero

I never thought it was sexy at all, but it goes on so long (8 minutes) that it’s very relaxing.

Truly Madly Deeply - Savage garden… I can fall asleep listening to that anytime.

Fade Into You by Mazzy Star. There could be a war going on outside my window, and I wouldn’t even know.

Excellent choice, Vandal. I adore Mazzy Star. Fade Into You is one of my favorites. I bought the CD…and the rest of the songs are just heavenly.

Can’t believe I forgot to say these two earlier, but I love Jimi Hendrix’s All Along the Watchtower and Don’t Fear the Reaper by the Blue Oyster Cult. Also, When a Man Loves a Woman by Percy Sledge is played it puts me in a nice relaxing mood. Guess this kinda defeats the OP however :D.

Tchaikovsky’s Rose Adagio, from The Sleeping Beauty…

“All I Want is You” by U2
-Or anything by U2 for that fact
“Comfortably Numb” by Pink Floyd
“Cry Baby Cry” by The Beatles

“Watching the Wheels” by John Lennon. This song is my anthem. It describes my state of mind about 97% of the time.

“Human Nature” by Michael Jackson. Back when he was still cool. See above for why I like this song. It’s the other 3%

“Julia Dream” Pink Floyd. Find this song and listen to it if you want to relax, it’ll put you in a trance.

During labor with my 2 oldest I sang silently to myself (or, rather, listened to music in my head, if that makes sense) to help myself relax. Each time, I heard one song over and over for hours. The first time, it was Closer to Fine, by Indigo Girls. The second time, it was k.d.lang’s Constant Craving.
