Banana Nut Crunch
Fruity Pebbles (they used to have the best premiums), my mom worked (and still does) at General Mills. Our family got a lot of free cereal and were also a test family. We ate stuff no kid should ever have to eat. Chocolate and strawberry cereal together, blech.
The worst was a product that never (thankfully) made it to market was called Disney Surprise Hot Oatmeal Cereal (boy, does that name stick in my head). It looked like normal oatmeal with gummi-esque figures of Disney characters. That is, until you added the hot water. The oatmeal would then turn into a grotesque red or blue or green color. <<<shudder>>>

I’m partial to the non-pre-sweetened cereals. My alltime favorite is Cheerios with a banana sliced on top. I can eat it for dinner!

Yes! Yes! Yes!! I bought the Cheerios Triple Berry on Sunday night. They’re absolutely my new favorite cereal.
I prefer a cereal blend.
I mix Corn Total with Special K.
I pour chocolate milk on it, and eat it all out of a Kellogg’s promotional NY Yankees plastic batting-helmet bowl.

Frosted Mini Wheats, Banana Nut Crunch, and Clusters. Frosted Mini Wheats…yum. Maybe that’s what I’ll have for lunch.
Post Grape-nut Flakes! Or Wheaties, but with half and half instead of milk. Was there for the introduction of sweetened cereal, the above-mentioned ‘Tiger Frosteds’, but they tasted terrible then, and haven’t changed.
Might have to try the Special K Red Berries, though…

*Rice Chex was made by Ralston Purina. They sold the brand to General Mills in order to concentrate on their business of making no-name brand cereal. Thus, if you get a no-name Chex clone, it comes from Ralston, the originators.
