Robin actually did yell “Holy smoke!” in the episode “Smack in the Middle” when Batman blew a hole into the Riddler’s hideout to rescue him.

I don’t know if that made it into the actual episode. But Adam West likes to tell the story about what I assume was a Catwoman episode since it involves cat statues, and how everyone would crack up when Robin tried to say that line.
I know he never said it on the show, but “Holy Underwear, Batman!” was always a favorite on my block when I was growing up.
The only one I remember was when the Dynamic Duo was about to get crushed by a giant rock.
“Holy mashed potatoes, Batman!”

I always thought they missed out by not having Adam West and Burt Ward guest star on “Everybody Loves Raymond”. Frank (Peter Boyle) could say “Holy crap, Batman!” and Burt Ward would say “Hey, that’s my line…”
I keep thinking of the lads coming across a righteous quantity of Acapulco’s or Columbia’s finest with a halo glowing over it and Robin declaring, “Holy Smoke, Batman!” or “Holy great shit, Batman!”
