Since I’m old school, I went with original flavors only.
Blue.
Green Apple. I tend to pick those out and leave the rest alone. They used to sell bags with just green apple: I can’t find them anymore.
Lemon. 
Cherry, of course.
Followed by Watermelon.

Your poll supports evidence I’ve collected. In bowls of Jolly Ranchers (original flavors) the grape are consistently the last ones left. In the new fangled assorment peach seems to linger.
In my shop right now I keep Life Savers in the bowl. I haven’t noticed any pattern.

Of the original flavors, cherry is the most intense. I’m not surprised to see watermelon and green apple scoring high though.

I don’t know maybe I jumped the gun by saying original flavors only.
I went by the package I have which states: * original flavors apple, watermelon, grape, cherry and introducing new flavor blueberry.*
After rereading that I guess that doesn’t mean there could have been more original flavors.

I remember buying Fire Sticks nearly 50 years ago. I also recall how scary sharp any of the Stick flavors became while sucking on them. A regular schoolyard shiv.
I used to know a woman whose perfume I always described as “Eau de Jolly Rancher Watermelon.”
None of the above. I was traumatized by a Jolly Rancher as a child, and haven’t been able to eat them since.
