What's your NFL Fantasy Team Lineup? (Head to Head Leagues)

So I thought this would be an interesting thread. How is everyone feeling about their teams right now? (Those who have drafted)

I’m in an 8 person head to head league. Here’s what I have to work with at the start.

QB: Drew Brees (NO), Josh Freeman (TB)

I’m hoping Freeman will bounce back from last year, and V-Jax explodes in the NFC South.

RB: Marshawn Lynch (SEA), Adrian Peterson (MIN), Ryan Mathews (SD), Doug Martin (TB)

HUGE question mark. This is such a make or break for me it’s ridiculous. Hoping Lynch avoids suspension, Peterson and Mathews need to stay healthy.

WR: Calvin Johnson (DET), Jordy Nelson (GB), Vincent Jackson (TB), Robert Meachem (SD)

Forget the Madden Curse, Megatron will be back in full force. Nelson is still a top target for Rodgers. Meachem isn’t anything special, but he is still Rivers #1 Wideout.

TE: Brandon Pettigrew (DET), Fred Jackson (WAS)

Pettigrew is solid, hoping Jackson becomes a Red Zone target.

K: Mason Crosby (GB)

Need I say more on this guy?

DEF: San Francisco, Seattle

Showing some poor decision making here. This was my first year jumping on the fantasy train, and I would have been better off avoiding defenses in the draft. I love the idea of swapping them and playing match ups during the season, but I jumped the gun. Kickers seem like a viable position to choose for that as well. Hopefully I don’t get screwed…

I am trying to trade Starts, Wells, and RGIII based on advice given here. Right now I have a trade proposal for Mike Wallace. The trade will probably just sit and stagnate though because apparently three of our managers are absentee managers. :rolleyes:

Well I just called Fred Davis Fred Jackson, so I’m already on a path littered with fail haha.

Starks is looking like the Backup now, and likely to stay that way as long as Benson stays healthy, so it might not be a bad idea. If you can get something decent for Wells and RGIII go for it, but they aren’t the worst to have on your team. Arizona will likely be running a lot more, especially with questions as QB. RGIII is a rookie scrambler, but he was looking pretty sharp. Looks like a pretty decent lineup though. But you have a crap ton of RBs. No TEs?

I have Fred Davis on tight end, I must have skipped over him when looking at my team to write up my last post.

I’d like one more WR because as you said, I have a crap ton of RBs, most of whom I’m decently happy with.

Another noob here. 20-team league. I’m not trying real hard and I goofed and drafted an injured player. Should be fun anyway, I think.

just my opinion, but it seems like NetTrekker drafted better in a 20-team league than Covered in Bees did in an 8 team league.
