Here in Western Australia, we have a chain of franchise stores, Jesters Pies (no link, sorry).
(Jesters sells jaffle pies are cooked in light puff pastry instead of that starchy crap, plus they’re filled with REAL meat and vegetables. (Consequently, they’re a little more pricey at ~$3 a pie)).
Thai curry is a flavour they sell, not to mention other goodies such as spinach and egg (real boiled eggs!) and mango chicken. Mmm!
