What I want to know is, when is an abortion legal in the United States? Specifically, how far into a pregnancy can a woman go and still legally abort the pregnancy? Is it legal to abort right up until the very moment of birth? If not, then what is the cutoff? Does it vary by locality\state\etc.? Do doctors determine it on a case by case basis?
