When I started this thread I just wanted to know why the original thread had survived so long in GQ. Anybody know?
The original thread was one of the funniest things I had read here for a long time, until they stopped with the one liners, and began with paragraph long babbling. The paragraphs ruined that thread, and then there was over rampant abuse of the phrase outside of that thread. If it hadn’t been over used, it would still be funny.
Okay, just as a test, I’m going to start using THAT PHRASE in common, everyday conversations. Um, I’m not sure what I’ll be testing. I’ll think of something, though.
