Just heard it for the third time this week, and I pick it up everytime.
She’s just bitter and clinging to her guns and religion.
I don’t think that it is racism. To my ears, her voice/accent does not lend itself to being subtle. Her attempts at sarcasm, humor, insult, and innuendo come off as nasaly and shrill to my ears. Her speech at the GOP convention rubbed me the wrong way right off the bat due to her presentation. The way that she made a scrunched up face, looked side to side and nasally proclaimed, “Ya know Barrack Obama pals around with domestic terrorists who ya know like bombed their own country” sounded like someone passing gossip rather than someone who is running to be VP of the USA.
From all reports, it probably took her three days to be able to pronounce “Barack”.
I know McCain/Palin lost, but I have to admit, that woman just annoys me to no end. She is giving Tina Fey a bad name.
I think whatever you’re hearing says more about your own issues than what you imagine Sarah Palin’s issues to be.

Really, who cares now? Harping on actual things she’s done is iffy at this point.
