I obviously don’t read every single post, but do read many of them. I’ve yet to see Cecil comment on anything since I’ve been here. When was the last time he’s done so?
5-12-200 in Cecil is wrong. Did a search on “Cecil Adams” as the user name and there it all was in chronological order 
That’s over 3 months ago. Are our posts so boring that he won’t chime in every so often?

Searching on “Cecil Adams” will give you the threads he’s posted to, but the order in which they appear will be the last one replied (by anyone, not just the searchee) to first. It will NOT necessarily rank them by the order the searchee replied to them in.
What you need to do is to go to any thread the target of your search replied to, find his or her post (any of them) and then click on the “profile” button. The window that opens will tell you the last post the person made.
It’s the longest he’s gone without posting since the dawn of the message boards. Frankly, some of us mortals are starting to get a little lonely down here. Ya hear that, Cecil? We need a little inspiration here… Please? Pretty please with sugar (but not ketchup) on top? It doesn’t even have to be this thread.

Decidedly cranky? No, it was cuddly and Coldfire was delighted: it demonstrated that The Master was familiar with a few characters on the boards. Cecil had a little burst around that date, possibly because of the general wailing and gnashing of teeth that was going on at the time.

He’s busy fighting ignorance, dueling stupidity, and fencing folly. It’s a big, dirty, grimey job, but somebody has to do it. He doesn’t have time for the likes of us mere “mortals”. Though, I agree, it would be nice for Uncle Cecil to check in every once in a while.

It is far more difficult to determine if you count in all of The Master’s sock puppets.
Not that I’m saying he has sock puppets, mind you…
