OK, starting a new thread here. This is a continuation of this thread and this thread. So, umm, don’t post to those any more. 
The maps are still at World Map and USA Map. Thanks to Obfusciatrist for all his hard work putting those together. Also, thanks to all the people who followed the format suggestion. It made my job a lot easier today.
I finally finished getting everyone into the index up to Fleetwood. You can find it temporarily, here.
This is my plan for the index:
Both Shayna and OpalCat suggested linking to people’s profiles at the SDPP and Teeming Millions, so today I am going to add three extra columns to the index, linking to those and your SD profiles. Right now, some people’s names are linked to their SDPP profiles. That will change soon to another column and when all the links are in place, it will be a simple enough task to create the new pages which will index people by their city, state/region and country. then, finally, I’ll try to spruce up those pages a little, so they aren’t so hard on the eyes.
I’m sorry this has taken me so long to update. Thanks for your patience.
One more thing. OpalCat has graciously given us some space to upload all this stuff to maps.teemingmillions.com, so once everything is right, and as long as it works for Obfus, we will be heading there.
Oh yeah, last thing. If you see something wrong with your listing, or do not see yourself listed in the index, shoot me an email or IM. If it’s on the map, let Obfus know, or I can forward it to him. I’ve found it’s easier to keep track of these things that way, instead of wading through all the pages of these threads.
