I have had a Cordura nylon wallet for over 15 years that needs to be replaced, but I can’t find one that I like as much as this one. The nylon is tough as iron, the only thing that has worn out is the Velcro fasteners and the Nylon zippers.
I have looked online, but most of them seem really cheaply made, without the features I am looking for. Any ideas on where to look? I would rather buy it in a store rather than online, so I can check it out up close before I buy.
Not sure if this is the specific kind of nylon you were looking for but I bought the “Executive Leather” from this site and love it. Not good if you like carrying a crapload of stuff in your wallet but it’s nice and thin and doesn’t dig into your ass when you get in the car.
My husband doesn’t like leather wallets, so it took me quite a while to find a wallet to give him as a birthday gift. I ended up ordering this.
He tells me that it is a bit small but otherwise excellent. And the reviews I read before ordering claim that it lasts just about forever.
Check a store that carries backpacking equipment, whether it be a little specialty shop or something like Eddie Bauer. They typically have a selection of them.

Seconding the Eagle Creek wallet suggestion.
I had mine for years and years (it was even stolen once and I got it back in the mail a year later, still with stuff in the “secret” pocket) and only stopped using it when someone gave me a lovely little leather wallet. The lovely little leather wallet wore out pretty quickly, and I’d given my old wallet away, so I replaced it with this .

I’m a sucker for anything in olive drab. 
My ex-husband bought one of these. He found the zipper closure annoying, so he didn’t like it. YMMV, of course. But it certainly seemed durable!
That’s not a wallet, that’s a tactical money retention system.
