These wipers come factory installed on Volkswagens and Opels and some other cars, but I can’t find them on any shop. Can they be bought as an aftermarket part?
You could probably get a pair of them from a VW dealer. Or at the very least I’m sure they could order them for you.
The wiper arms are different in those cars that are factory equipped with Aerotwins. The only way to attach it to a conventional wiper arm is with duct tape 
So are you looking for one that attaches to a conventional arm? If you’re really desparate for them, you could order a set of the blades AND the arms from the dealer. On your car take off your blades and cut off the end of the arm with a hacksaw (right up by the connector). Then cut the new arms a few inches down from the connector. Lay the new (short) arm over the existing arm (attached to the car), drill two (or more) holes striaght through both pieces of metal, and put a couple of pop rivits through them. Probably not exactly what your looking for but it’ll git er done. (Disclaimer, I don’t think I’ve seen more then two minutes of Larry The Cable Guy, but it just seemed to fit so well there). Other then that, you may have to just keep looking around, you might even want to email Bosch and ask them for suggestions.
