Where can I create sketches then link to them?

Is there a website or program where I can make a quick line drawing and then link to it?
There’s a few questions I’d like to put in this forum but require a quick sketch to explain (traffic related).

Looks like cosketch.com will give you a quick and dirty sketch tool and will allow you to save it as an image on their site. Otherwise, I think you’ll need to sketch what you need in paint or a similar tool, save it as a picture format and upload to imgur or whichever picture sharer you like.

Google Drawings, if you have e.g. a Gmail account? There’s a share button which gives you a URL.

Google’s good, or there’s Pixlr for general-purpose use or Gliffy for flowcharts.
