I don’t care what celebrity political figure is endorsing who, I don’t care who took potshots at who and I sure as hell don’t care what any of the candidates did in their 20’s. I want to cut out the crap. I want a basic history of how these candidates voted in their respective Roll Call’s and possibly an unbiased assessment of why they voted this way. This above all seems to me to be the most rational basis for electing our next president. Yet I can’t find anything like this. Can you guys help me out?
You might want to check out Project Votesmart here:
If you click on a candidate, and then on “voting record”, you can see how the candidate voted in Congress on a number of bills the project considers “key votes”(associated by subject matter) back to 1995. Mitt Romney, never having served in Congress, obviously has no voting record.

I present to you the congressional record for the US Senate. Go crazy.
