Eh… not really incriminating, until he takes a swig at the end. Then again, there’s nothing that indicates that it’s an alcoholic drink.

Yeah, I watched it too and it wasn’t a big deal. Just looks like he is having a real good time. And the way he swigs that glass at the end makes it look like he is faking it.
All I can say is that if this is the most damaging thing his critics have, he might as well have his dad start writing his inauguration speech.
