I am a big fan of **Sell This House ** on A&E. The designer, Roger Hazzard, rearranges and stages houses so that they are more attractive to potential buyers. One thing he often does is place uplights in the corners, which I think looks really cool. (Uplights are about one foot high, and sit on the floor, directing light upwards, hence the name.) My probelm is that when I went on the internet to see about purchasing some uplights for my place, I couldn’t find any hits. Does anyone have a lead as to here I can purchase some uplights for my place? Thanks.
I’ve seen 'em at Lowe’s and Home Depot.
I figured you were a Sell This House! watcher when I saw “uplights” in the title! Here’s a start (it looks like they are sometimes called spotlights or accent lights):
Thanks, guys. That link is great!
WAG Turn your down light fixtures up side down.
Otherwise lighting galleries, electrical supply stores and of course the big box home improvement centers.
IKEA has them too.
