Where can I find a list of the number of scientists, engineers, R&D scientists, R&D engineers and scientific papers produced per capita of all the 192ish countries on earth?

Quick Answer: Getting anything for all 192 countries tends to be difficult. One place to start would be the UN and World Bank.

Basically, though, I would search for a report or paper on the topic, then work out where they got their data. Try Econlit, if your library has it.

Try Indicator Table 15 in the back of the 1998 Human Development Report from the UN (or similarly for more recent issues). Then go through their “Primary Statistical References” to get the original source.
