Where can I get a sheep's stomach in Seattle?

I did. Whichever one I talked to said I ‘wouldn’t like’ them to special order. Seems the quantities involved are a little daunting.

I’m fast running out of time. I forgot how busy the first half of the month can be at work. I think I’ll just order a pre-made haggis from Oregon this year.
