Hmm. Last time I was in there, there was a store that did this in the Harford Mall, but I’m sure you want something closer. They used 'puters to make the shirts, not airbrushes, however.

Hmm, I lived in Baltimore in '99 so I don’t remember the names of things too well, but there were the two pavilion malls in the inner harbor. One was the…light st. pavilion or something? Anyway it’s either that one or the other one. Whichever of the two it is that has a big food court on the top floor had a tshirt store that I’m pretty sure made shirts. But that place may/may not still be there. Or check in fell’s point, there’s the music store the sound garden (hehe my friend used to work there) and next door to it was/is? a little cutesy place that sold all sorts of things. My friend got me a candle that was made there, maybe they make shirts too.
