Where do the CARS 4 CA$H people get those super sticky full page size labels?

In NYC and probably other big cities these are a real eyesore - 8 1/2 x 11-inch stickers stuck onto everything - lampposts, traffic lights, street signs, that say CARS 4 CASH and have a phone number on them. It’s physical spam and these labels are so sticky they can’t be peeled off so they stay there for months.

Do they manufacture these labels themselves or can you buy these in a store? They are much much stickier than a home printer label, more like a full page-sized custom bumper sticker.

Thank you.

I haven’t seen them myself but they’re probably using something like this:

These are Avery 4332 - full-page letter size labels.
Available in white & a variety of colors, and waterproof vinyl stock.

Available from any office supply store or website (sometimes special order). Or even in Wal-mart.

I have seen them in Staples. The store closest to me has an entire section of stickies, with full size adhesive on the back, in all different sizes.

I’m wonder how adhesive those are - are they so sticky that if you stuck one on a wall you’d never be able to pull it off again? I think the CARS 4 CASH ones are specifically made to be practically permanent, which is why they are so vexing. And I’ve also seen ones around my neighborhood for some kind of cannabis store. They stick these to lampposts and I tried to peel a couple of them off with my fingers but I couldn’t. Thank you.

Oh, that is a good point. The ones in Staples are like post-its. Easy on/easy off. I have used some of them.
I’m sure the ones used commercially are made to last and last and last.

Any commercial printer with wide-format capabilities could produce them.
