Do you have a good “stash spot” in which to conceal your treasures?
I got a pretty nice briefcase for X-mas a few years ago from my brother, which while lovely isn’t too likely to get a lot of usage. It’s in a nice case that it came with and it’s on my side of the closet, way up high. That’s where I keep all the fun things that I don’t want my girlfriend to stumble across. I’d stash them in the gun safe, but she knows the combo.
So where do you stick your stuff, whatever stuff it may be?
For many years I hid an emergency stash of money inside a Bible (New International Version). For reasons I can’t explain, I later moved the stash to a copy of Mastering WordPerfect 5.1. Then I had to spend the stash, so any book-searching thief is gonna be disappointed now.
In the safe. It was too big to hide so I anchored it to the floor in the garage. It’s way to heavy to move and my home is alarmed but like anything else if somebody really wanted it…
My wife has the combo to it. No point in hiding stuff from her. She’s sbout the only one I really trust anyway.
