What’s Equus Eroticus all about? Plus: Is glass a liquid or a solid?
Why does this column no longer include the part on glass? I was going to link to it as a cite for something, and it’s gone! 
Just guessing. There’s a “Cecil was wrong!” update added to the 1982 column How come you can see through glass? that from its context makes it clear that its “Is glass a liquid or a solid?” discussion dates from at least after 1999.
So I would guess that it was originally tacked onto the bottom of the February 2000 “Equus eroticus” column, but then somebody realized that it fits much better with the original column whose “Cecil’s error” it’s addressing, so it was moved.
Plus, the Illuminati doesn’t want you to know. You must have fallen behind in your dues this month.
So nyah.
