Where is the liberal and feminist outrage over misogynistic attacks on Melania Trump by Bow Wow?

I’m getting more and more disgusted by the overt hypocrisies of the liberal, feminist left.

As I’m sure those of you who haven’t been living under a cave are aware, Snoop Dogg made a gratuitous video in which he literally performed a mock execution of President Trump, he shot at a clown version of Trump. Pretty disgraceful to be joking about killing the President of your own country.

Anyway, naturally, Trump complained about this despicable act on Twitter:

Trump’s tweet was not taken well by one of Snoop Dogg’s acolytes, Bow Wow, did not take kindly to Trump’s comment. He was consumed with anger that the President of the United States might take umbrage at an individual making a music video and performing a mock execution on a clown caricature of him with a gun pointed at the clown’s head.

So, he decided to get personal, going from 0 to 100 real fast with this misogynistic bile aimed at Trump’s wife Melania:

Threatening to forcibly pimp the fucking President’s wife? This vicious, misogynistic garbage is really a disgusting way to talk about the First Lady of the damn Free World. If a political opponent of Obama’s had made a similar scurrilous remark about Michelle Obama, the feminist and liberal women’s groups would rightly be up in arms in outrage. I know I would.
But why are we hearing crickets from the feminist Left on this issue? Seriously? Is it okay to make misogynistic remarks about a remarkable woman if that woman happens to be a Republican and married to a Republican politician? It’s pretty sad and pathetic in how hypocritical this shows the Left to be.

It appears that these sanctimonious feminists don’t really care about misogyny when it comes from their side of the aisle.

To anyone who disagrees with me, I’d love to hear your arguments on this.

I didn’t hear a denunciation of Bow Wow’s gross misogyny in there.

  1. Yes, Snoop would’ve gotten jail time if he aimed and fired a gun at Obama–just as he would if he did it at Trump. As he did neither of those things, I don’t understand Trump’s argument.

  2. Personal feelings aside, what Snoop did to Trump wouldn’t have landed him in jail if he did it to Obama. It might have gotten him a visit from the Secret Service, as doing it to Trump might, but that’s as far as it would’ve gone.

  3. If Trump has an issue with how the Secret Service is handling the situation, he’s free to call the Director or the AG.

  4. Look at the way people talked about Michelle Obama. If feminist groups focused on each individual incident, they wouldn’t have had time to do anything else with their lives. It goes with the turf, and they know that–so they really didn’t bother with it.

  5. The most surprising thing about any of this is that someone in the media follows Bow Wow on Twitter to have noticed & reported on this. Otherwise, despite your assertions to the contrary, it’s nothing we haven’t seen before & nothing we won’t see again.

The president himself is going to be mocked. It happens. They did it to Obama, they did it to Bush, Clinton, Reagan, etc. As for the presidents’ family, that’s a different story. Minor children should definitely be off limits. While Melania isn’t a minor, this was pretty low. Bow Wow is obviously an ass.

I appreciate your recognition of Bow Wow’s anti-American and assholish comments about Melania and how they were out of bounds. And yes, I hate Ted Nugent and I was angry about racist attacks against Obama’a wonderful daughters. I just don’t know why the feminist women’s groups are silent on this.

Criticism, even with this level of vulgarity, is actually a fairly American trait, given that the freedom to do so is granted by our relatively-broad 1st Amendment. Same with flag burning.

I love how Trump likes to say anyone he doesn’t like has a “failing” career, regardless of how absurd it is to say. Nobody even seems to care about this particular repeated lie any more. Meryl Streep is “overrated”; Snoop Dogg’s career is “failing”… What even the hell, man. I guess it’s trivial compared to his other lies about shit that actually matters, but how petty is our president, huh?

And yes, yadda yadda, both tweets horribly stupid and offensive, gangster rappers said something stupid or offensive, and I will gladly condemn them for it, as did everyone else. Then again, if I wanted to critique every offensive or stupid thing said in the name of gangster rap, I would have to start at Lil’ Wayne’s latest album and pretty much not stop until I ran out. Kinda wish we could hold the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA to a similar standard.

Both are despicable statements. I’m not defending Bow Wow. But the OP is so outraged about misogyny! I wondered if he condemned Trump when Trump overtly invited his supporters to shoot Hillary as a viable solution to prevent her from becoming president and making a Supreme Court appointment. That was worthy of outrage, too.

Pretty sure you can… As with the preceding presidents, I’ve seen no shortage of people condemning Trump for his words on numerous occasions. Not sure why you’re excluded from that group.
