OK then, but does this “jade monkey” bit in The Simpsons refer to a famous detective novel/movie? If so, which one?
The Simpson’s Archive breifly mentions the jade monkey stuff has some reference to The Maltese Falcon. Don’t ask me where or what or if that’s even right though.
