Where should I get my beard styled?

Ok, not really styled, but cut.

I have had a beard for around 30 years. It is nothing special, all I do is every morning shave (electric) the neck and cheeks. About once a month I trim it with a beard trimmer.

Now, I would like to get it set up so it looks good on me, I know, a little vain, sorry. How do I find someone who knows what they are doing? I don’t think my regular hair stylist can do it and I am afraid to ask her in case she wants to try and I won’t like the result.

How would you find someone?

A barber? That is the one place I have ever been to do it for me, short of having my regular hair woman give me a trim. But this was a small Arkansas town stuck in the past, so our availability of actual “barbers” may have been a bit skewed :wink:

(Now I just have a goatee I trim occasionally and shave my head, so I haven’t been to get a haircut in at least the year since I moved.)
