Where there's a will...how soon should I lawyer up?

Glad to hear that this worked out for you. Just wondering if your two sisters also benefited from the ordeal?

One did, the other is independently wealthy so couldn’t be bothered going through the motions. I do believe she is kicking herself now though. :stuck_out_tongue:

Just a final addendum to this thread before it dies. I’ve always been poor. I brought up 4 kids alone, always working at low-wage jobs to make ends meet. I’ve never bought anything new really…always had old-bombs for cars, second hand fridges and washing machines, you get the gist. My life has been lived frugally, but otherwise very well, never really going without much because I had an uncanny knack of finding places where I could get stuff cheap or free. I was a very lucky person in many ways.

But today, throwing absolute caution to the wind, I bought myself some new bras. Not cheap shit from (your equivalent of Walmart) but decent bras that actually fit me and are comfortable. I’ve NEVER been able to do that before. That is a luxury that always ended up on the very bottom of the ‘Must have or Must do’ list.

So I now have 3 x new pairs of bloody lovely bras, and I don’t feel the least bit guilty about it.

/end story. Giddy up!

Once every decade or 4 it’s nice to pamper those puppies. Congrats!!

Good for you! Quality bras are expensive but they’re so worth it. Nothing much more miserable than an ill-fitting bra.
