To be crystal clear, Elements is on 66th and Xerxes. 
I thought “Murphy beds” were the ones that came out of the wall. This was in a piece of furniture that you could pick up and move around.
Same design, you buy the hardware and install them wherever you want. I think my dad got the stuff to build mine from an ad in the back of Family Handyman or This Old House magazine. You can even build them horizontally (usually they’re seen folding up head to foot) if you want to build one into a short bookcase-like setting.

Oh, no, not the bars!!! Run. haha, yeah, ever hit one of those bars when you are asleep? Oh how about standingon the bed, missing a bar & your foot goes thru the bed.

Are these the all foam type, or the dreaded metal bar type? I am not interested in the metal bar type.
I am looking for a lightweight one for the living room, that folds out when the occasional guest stops by.
