It’s the picture dated 8/16 with one guy standing in front of the palace.

It’s the “Neue Burg” in Vienna. It was from this balcony that Hitler announced his plans for a new German empire, in 1938. And the statue is of Prince Eugene of Savoy.

Ahh, thank you very much guys. I guess it was in Germany when the inscription was made. That girl’s my grandma. Now I know where to go to recreate that pic.
