Where'd you get your Bord Name?

I’m named after my cat, Tabithina. I recently did a Google search on my username, and learned that there is also a very minor anime character on the Thundercats called Tabithina. She is a Thunderkitten! I had no idea.

To make a long story short I blame my ex boyfriend and a trip to Knott’s Berry Farm. I was prancing about saying a was a princess, because of my nrewly acquired flower “crown,” I was a fairy princess. My ex called me his “pretty kitty” so I became Fairy Princess Kitty.
idly wonders if she should change it because of her ex
What do you all think?

Kitty

Greg Charles already gave you the answer about my name.

I love that movie and it’s shorter than Once Upon a Time in America

From the great author Sybly Whyte, in his seminal work, “Qadgop the Mercotan”. Here I quote:

Qadgop the Mercotan slithered flatly around the after-bulge of the
tranship. One claw dug into the meters-thick armor of pure neutronium,
then another. Its terrible xmex-like snout locked on. Its zymolosely
polydactyl tongue crunched out, crashed down, rasped across. Slurp!
Slurp! At each abrasive stroke the groove in the tranship’s plating
deepened and Qadgop leered more fiercely. Fools! Did they think that
the airlessness of absolute space, the heatlessness of absolute zero,
the yieldlessness of absolute neutronium could stop QADGOP THE
MERCOTAN? And the stowaway, that human wench Cynthia, cowering in
helpless terror just beyond this thin and fragile wall…
They just don’t write this kind of stuff anymore!!!

I love Doc Smith’s stuff…when I read the Qadgop bits by Kim Kinnison, (Lensman undercover) I just laughed and laughed… Galactic Patrol was the second sf book I ever read.

I’ll explain mine again.
It’s a pun on Snoop Doggy Dog. It will one day be my rap name (if I ever learn to rap).

I borrowed this name from David Brin’s Earth Clan books, where in the distant future, humans have raised chimpanzees and dolphins to sentience.

Um, it’s my name.

Me: from the Dark Tower series, of course.
racinchikki: she’s a chick and a racing fan.

LOL!!

Ohmygod! I nearly choked when I read that! Thanks so much.

I’m fun like frisbee’s and tops. Come play with me.
…and its fun to say… say it. WHAMMMOOOOO!!!

Kelli is my name, and asa kid they called me Kelli-belly.

Or smelly-kelly (but thats another thread…)

No problem. Always happy to instigate near-fatalities.

What’s so special about Julian? Take away Morgenstern and the white armor and he’s nobody. Now Benedict, on the other hand…

As for myself, I’m named after one of the heros of Guy Gavriel Kay’s Tigana. It’s the book that was on my desk the first time I signed onto a messageboard, years ago (makes sense - it’s my favorite book) and I’ve grown used to it.

I feel so very, very uncreative now…

Feh… Perhaps I’m a little partial because of the games I’ve been in. But, yes, Benedict… Don’t get me started.

Upham- tell me about it. Mine is from my girlfriend’s nickname for me.

Then again, quietgirldownthehall’s is from a poem.

Mundane usernames unite!

I’m with you andygirl Let’s hear it for all the names out there no one can ever remember! before we forget who we’re cheering!

You see it all started when I was a child… I overdosed on Looney Tunes and the resultant product is an adult that thinks he is a cartoon. Meep, is the sound the Roadrunner makes, and Head is my last name. Yes, Jr. High was hell and I was CONSTANTLY teased for my name, but my great sense of humor always wins, and in the rare case that it doesn’t, the Roadrunner is never caught.

Meep, meep! :-Þ :-þ :-Þ :-þ :-Þ :-þ :-Þ :-þ (runs away)

Please… please PLEASE tell me your name isn’t Richard.
