Before starting off I would like you to mention in your posts whether you are male or female.
So if you have to make a choice of two lovers, one who has considerable finesse in between the bedsheets, the other who has a great deal of creativity in coming up with scenario’s/improvisation in bed, which one of the two would you choose?
Obviously we would all ideally want to have a person/partner who could do both, but if you had to pick only one type, which would it be?
The first lover (one with all the skill) is superior at actually executing manouvres and far more precise (as in he/she can hit the “sweet spot” better than the second lover).
The second lover (one with all the imagination) is superior at dreaming up love-making moves and all sorts of kinky/romantic stuff (includes poetry etc.). His/her enactment of this poetry etc. would not be as dramatic/brilliant as the first lover, but it would be far more inspired and innovative.
So which one melts your heart (or steals your bed)?

Which lover do you pick?
Don’t change the question - as in “but no, I would need a lover who gives me emotional support, and a loving home, and puppies and a beautiful set of kids with castles in the sky and… etc. [puke]”. Just work with the facts given above. Which one tickles your gonads best?
Male. I vote skill over imagination. I’d rather be with someone who is good at making love than someone who can come up with a lot of different ways to do it badly. For the second question, I choose #1.
Ladies. The reason I didn’t answer the second question was: I wanted to see how many of you would post before realizing that both questions are exactly the same, but worded differently. Take time. Really read them and compare them.

Definitely not true. I’ve had orgasms that left me instantly disappointed, and I’ve had some that left me breathless and starry-eyed. Mediocre orgasms are as possible in guys as they are in women.
As for my answers…
I’m male.
I prefer imagination. “Skill” is too analytical, I prefer having fun. A lover with good imagination steals my heart and rules my bed. A skilled lover with no imagination only does the latter.
Female, and I would say #2 by far. I’ve had many physically skilled lovers, but only one with whom I have felt a strong mental/creative bond. The intensity of those sessions blow all the others out of the water, so to speak, and it grows deeper every time as we feed each other’s imagination. I would guess this is far more important for most folks who happen to be into kinky or perverted stuff (role-playing, etc).
Also, I am quite capable of obtaining orgasms on my own when necessary.
