Kasteel Rouge is delicious, albeit pricy where I live.
In that bar, I’d be a foreigner! So I’d ask for something local. Lots of interesting choices.

One quibble with the list in the OP: Apparently the only Texas beer is Shiner Ruby Red Bird. That’s a seasonal beer, flavored with ruby red grapefruit juice & a hint of ginger. It’s actually better than it sounds, ice cold on a hot day. But it is *not * the best that Texas has to offer…
