The framboise is the best value on the menu. That price is retail, at the store, where I’m at. And it will go over well with you sissies who are going with the saisons.
That said…there’s a lot of talent on that menu.
Kasteel Rouge is delicious, albeit pricy where I live.
In that bar, I’d be a foreigner! So I’d ask for something local. Lots of interesting choices.

One quibble with the list in the OP: Apparently the only Texas beer is Shiner Ruby Red Bird. That’s a seasonal beer, flavored with ruby red grapefruit juice & a hint of ginger. It’s actually better than it sounds, ice cold on a hot day. But it is *not * the best that Texas has to offer…
