I’m not talking just about appearances here, I’m talking about their material and the way they present it. And of course I don’t know any of these women personally so I’m just blowing smoke for the hell of it.
My best guesses would be:
Stephanie Hodge: Not your classic beauty, but she has a routine about sex that gives one the idea that she would be a lot fun between the sheets. A woman who would by nasty and dirty and enjoy every minute of it.
Rita Rudner – she’s pretty, and married, but she also has this … attitude that she’s a woman who likes what she likes, a lot, and that her ladylike act is an act she can shed pretty quickly in the bedroom. Plus she’s an ex-dancer, and dancers are generally in touch with their bodies.
**Laura Kightlinger ** – A very nasty woman, to judge from her routines. I doubt if she has a lot of inhibitions, but if she has any left, I bet her first instinct would be to violate the hell out of them.
Tina Fey. A hottie to look at, PLUS she’s said a couple off-color jokes on SNL that caused me to make a mental note to hit on her if the opportunity presented itself.
OMG! Upon seeing the title I immediately thought of 2 of the OP’s 3. (Rita Rudner just doesn’t have anything I’d want.) LK’s appearances on things like “Dinner for Five” highlight a really great personality. (But she has that “Will and Grace” anchor around her neck.)
SH quote: “Okay, but you’re mowing the lawn afterwards.”
It was so sad seeing her tank her career into that stupid sitcom.
I note the OP only says “comedians” but lists standups. If non-standups are allowed then you have to add Catherine O’Hara to any such list.
And Jack Black is her boyfriend. I don’t typically dwell on other people’s sex lives, but that pairing has got to be pretty hot.
Baldwin, when David Spade was on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, he told her he’d always had a crush on her back when they were both on the stand-up circuit, and that he didn’t know why that never worked out.
I agree with the names mentioned so far, and if I could remember names, I’m sure I’d have some to add. I’m pleased that there are enough sexy female comedians to make a list - I clearly remember a time when women could be funny or sexy, but not both.
What “Will and Grace” anchor? Has she been on the show as a regular or something? I don’t watch it, so I wouldn’t know.
You mean the Fox show with the puppet dog that only the father could hear? Talk about retarded. It was even worse than the one that Donal Logue and Megan Perry (IIRC) are currently taking their careers in – “Grounded for Life”.
I’d include anyone who’s capable of making up their own material. Which would leave out, say, Cameron Diaz but would probably include Catherine O’Hara – I think the actors had a lot of input in SCTV.
Yeah! Steady work in a highly valued creative position on a phenomenally successful show that’ll be in syndication for eons. Real albatross, there.
Here’s a sitcom idea: Laura Kightlinger reprising her Sheila the Slutty Nurse character from W & G, and Tina Fey as her live-in sister, smarter and just as funny but slightly more repressed. (Eh? Eh?)
Ever since the Ben Stiller Show, I’ve thought that Janeane Garofalo was gorgeous. I don’t particularly get a good-in-bed vibe one way or the other, though.
I nominate Aisha Tyler, based on her performance as host of the E! network’s old “Talk Soup” show. I understand from the internet (so its gotta be true) that she’s married to her Dartmouth College sweetheart (the lucky bastard) but as Askia said about Tina Fey, I’ll hit on Aisha if the opportunity ever presents itself.
For those not familiar with Ms. Tyler, she was the scientist who dated both Ross and Joey on “Friends.”
Two things in Sarah Silverman’s favor: she admitted on Politically Incorrect that her man in the boat was pierced, and she used to live with Dave Attell, so looks can’t be that important to her.
Kristen Wilson (who played Eddie Murphy’s wife in Dr. Dolittle) did a lot of stand-up about 15 years ago. Great balls of fire, what a gorgeous woman! I don’t remember how salacious her act was, but those eyes could melt steel.
