These days, my wife and I visit Jamba Juice for juice smoothies at least once a week. (I’d go more often – like every day, for lunch – but the locations nearest me are still not that convenient.)
Every smoothie comes with a free blended-in Boost. I usually order either the Immunity Boost™ or the Energy Boost™.
I can’t say, however, that I’ve ever noticed much difference in how I feel after using either of these Boosts. And I’m skeptical enough to wonder if any of the Boosts really make much difference in my overall health.
So here’s my question: if I started having a smoothie every day, which Boost(s) is the healthiest for me to use regularly? I’m especially curious about Boosts featuring ingredients that have some proven benefit, versus Boosts featuring ingredients that have a purported benefit with little actual effect. (Could I make that more complicated?)
In sum: which Boost is best?
