Which movie had a scene of people in a suburban neighborhood doing the bunny hop in the street?

Some years ago, we were watching this film on cable – I think it was that long ago – and in one scene there was a line of people doing the bunny hop, while the song played in the background. It looked like everyone in the neighborhood was participating. In case you don’t know which song I’m talking about, go here.

(NOTE: Video with music; shows people doing the dance in question.)

I thought it was from John Waters’ Serial Mom, but we recently watched that and the scene wasn’t there. I still think it must have been a different film by Waters, but I can’t remember which.

I’m hoping to find a clip somewhere that I can watch. I thought it was brilliant how the camera moves in from the distance, with the view tilting and lowering to give the impression of a low-flying object, like an insect, or today we might say a drone. IIRC the scene was at night, and you heard the music playing before you could actually see what was going on.

Maybe it was Pink Flamingoes?

It was Cry Baby:

Thanks!

That has to be the one, though I think either there must have a second bunny hop scene, or some important footage that led into this scene and not included in the clip, emphasizing the cultural divide between Drapes and Squares in the town.

If I’m right about there being another bunny hop scene, I think they were practicing for the parade. The scene I remember definitely takes place in a residential neighborhood and showed 20 or so people in a line, bunnyhopping their way across the street. I completely forgot about the parade scene, or possibly missed it from being out of the room when when it came on.

Of course I have searched further, but clips from Waters’ films are remarkably few.

Yeah, I’m not able to find the whole scene, but it seems this one seems to start at the end of a bunny hop scene, and has the marching band involved.
