Me, too. In Maricopa county the 2016 primary was a disaster. The registrar screwed up and had only 2/3 the polls open as the 2014 election and the lines were interminable. By the general election the Permanent Early Voting List (PEVL) had been created and you could get a ballot in the mail, no questions asked, then return it either by mail or in a handful of drop-off locations before the election or any polling place on election day. Over 90% of the ballots have been handled that way ever since.

Not only that, the VA House of Delegates went from barely 51/49 to 64/36 Democratic majority. It was a solid rejection.
