Which toe is longer?

This is me too. I often clean up the house using my feet to pick things up. All of my siblings are blessed in the same way.

Wow! SCIENCE!

My second toe is shorter than my big toe. I am a woman.

 I never realised but I have a longer ring finger too, but only on left hand - the right hand they’re pretty much of a muchness. Looking again I guess it’s not significantly but only slightly longer :frowning:

Anyway, longer second toe (both feet), obviously but not uncomfortably.

(IIRC there was a thread on the ethnic origins of longer second toes during the summer)

My left middle toe is shorter than the big toe next to it, but the right middle toe is longer.

I’m a freak, I tell ya! But I love picking up stuff with my toes.

My big toe is longest, but my sister’s second toe is longest by at least half an inch. I used to tease her by telling her that her freaky second toe was proof that she was a werewolf.

Why, oh WHY did I open this thread? I knew opening this thread would be a mistake. The whole second toe longer than the big toe seriously gives me the oogies. Yuck yuck yuck.

LilMiss’s second toe is substantially longer than her big toe. You add that to the fact that she has finger looking toes… EUW! She finds perverse pleasure in sticking her toes in my face just to see me pale even more than my Casper visage will allow. Mean little kid.

My big toe is longer than my second toe. My pinky toes curl over enough so you can’t see the itsy bitsy nails. And I’m female.

Male here. My first toe is slightly longer, though I wish it were otherwise. I love Morton’s toes.

I think I read somewhere that if the second toe is longer, it’s called “the Egyptian toe.”

Male, both second toes are longer.

I dimly remember hearing that the ancient Greeks considered a long second toe sexy. Unfortunately, there’s a shortage of ancient Greeks around here…

Well I’m not Greek, but I find it sexy. Not that you probably care…

Frankly, I think this is the first I’m hearing that some people find it icky. I always thought it was sort of the ideal. Or at least a desirable trait, like dimples or something.

Hmmm…Egyptian…Egypt…camels…

Are you sure we’re talking about the same kind of toe?
