I was looking at them, and they’re long. My left index toe is almost two inches long. That’s a long toe. Big toe is longer, but it’s not as skinny.
Mundane and pointless. I got long toes.
Can you do any exceptional things with your toes? Write a letter? Knit? Shuffle cards? Maybe they wouldn’t be so pointless then.
This ain’t a joke on my username, I do actually have long toes.
I wish I could, but they all seem to work as one. I can flex the big toe, without the other four, and I flex the the other four without the pinky, but I can’t flex the pinky without the other four. So no toe piano.
It would be cool if you could reverse some evolution and learn how to hang from a bar or something.
Or you could learn to throw some shit. That would work too.
In the interest of science, I just put a rule between my big toe and its nearest neighbor. (to the nearest 1/8")
Big toe 1.75"
Neighbor: 1.375"
I wear size 10.5 EEE shoes (US).
My index toe is longer than my big toe.
My second toe and middle toe are both longer than my big toe.
Can you throw gang signs with them?
What do you consider long? (Wiggles eyebrows.)
You know what they say about someone with long toes…
That’s right.
Hairy elbows.
Yes, so is mine.
I like long toes. I wish mine were longer sometimes (my second toe is only 1.75 inches long), but then I realize that if my toes were longer, I’d have zero chance of finding shoes that fit.
Dittoe.
Really.
I’m packing 2.5 inches on the left index toe shorty. It’s a good 1/3 of an inch longer than my big toe. It either means I’m a werewolf or good in bed.
I can grasp a full size old school IBM keyboard between my big toe and my index toe left or right and wave it around the room.
How I came to know this, I shall not say.
…toe pick.
That’s called Morton’s toe.
Damn it, astro :). I skimmed through the thread and was all prepared to shine…My left index toe is 57 mm, or 2.24" long. People often (amazingly enough) comment on the length of my toes. As my shoe size is very average, I think I really do have exceptionally long toes, proportionally.
I also have very long toes - “They’re practically fingers!” I hear a lot.
I can pinch really hard with them. I’ll measure later, I am at work and in combat boots
This is silly, but I have heard that there are toe readers, like there are palm readers, and you can learn the wonders of your unique nature by letting a practitioner of this art read your feet. I would be way to embarrassed to allow this sort of thing, as my big toes looks like giant light bulbs, and the four smaller toes on either side are abnormally short. Forgive the TMI, but I couldn’t resist sharing.
