Which TV episode made you laugh so hard that you cried and what scene was it?

The episode of “Perfect Strangers” where Larry and Balki are moving the piano up 10 flights of stairs.

The really good part starts about the 4:00 mark.

Steve’s rants are hilarious, but this is the scene that absolutely put me on the floor.

::as Jeff realizes he’s still wearing a bondage mask:: “I suppose, thinking about it, this would be why they were so helpful at the chemist’s… and crying… and didn’t charge me…”

The 3rd Rock From the Sun episode when Dick and “Newman” interrogate a criminal.

“What kind of cop are you?”

“I’m not a cop. I’m a physics professor!”

I hate Gilbert Gottfried, but oh, YOU FOOL! had me rolling on the floor.

I love Richard Dawson and his reaction to September

Obligatory YouTube link.

One of the funniest things I’ve ever seen.

Jack Tripper’s dance number

One of John Ritter’s finest scenes.

Is that the one with the body? Superb. That series is sorely missed.

Another Dick Van Dyke: He orders a package to be delivered and Laura can’t resist opening it.

I think for me the funniest scene I saw on TV was from Friends. It was the episode where Ross and Monica made it on the Dick Clark New Years Eve telecast on TV and in an effort to get noticed they broke out their ridiculous old high school dance routine. The look on Ross’ face as he performed it was what really got me.

They dukk urr jurrbss!!!

More Fawlty Towers: I was in the seventh grade and having a sleepover with some friends. I had just started watching the show on PBS, but none of my friends had seen it before. “Communication Problems” was the episode airing that night, and the scene with Basil, Sybil and Mrs. Richards in the back office damn near killed us. Basil screaming into the hearing aid started us off, but “Is this a piece of your brain?” sent us over the edge. Unfortunately, this caused us to miss the next minute or so of the show and we missed " … and if you give us any more trouble I shall visit you in the small hours and put a bat up your nightdress."

There was an episode of “Ellen” (the sitcom, not the talk show) in which she was demonstrating a piece of exercise equipment. I have only seen it once (and I can’t find it on YouTube to save my life), but I don’t ever remember laughing so hard at anything.

If someone can find a clip of it, I’ll send you a shiny new quarter.
mmm

Seems I owe myself a quarter. I found it.

OK, it’s not nearly as funny as I remember. Maybe I was under the influence at the time. If you’re interested, the hilarity starts around 4:00.

Ellen
mmm

Slow Donnie got an early mention, but it’s one of mine as well.

Family Guy: Peter is good at breaking bad news to people. Watch Family Guy Streaming Online | Hulu (Free Trial)

SNL: Jingleheimer Junction. The moment when Umberto Unity shows up and the slow realization hits the audience is great. SNL - Jingleheimer Junction - Video | eBaum's World

You’ve reminded me of a “Friends” scene that we still yell at each other - “PIVOT! PIIIIVOOOOOTTTTTTTTT!” (moving a couch upstairs).

This is something where you really had to be there at the time to appreciate it.

When Sammy Davis Jr. kissed Archie Bunker.

Spaced - forgot what the name’s called but it’s the one where they go paintballing

This absolutely killed me. I love Simon Pegg and that fat guy from Shaun of the Dead

Father Ted, the Eurovision song, “My Lovely horse”:

“We have to lose that sax solo”

‘I was…clinging to that hope’ is where I lost it. Never got it back after that.

Haha! I could probably come up with a dozen Father Ted moments for this thread if given half a chance. I love that show.

“These ones are very small. Those ones there are far away. . .”

How could I possibly have taken this long to add that to this thread?
