Whipped the hell out of it

I made a tasty yogurt, mayo, dill, parsely, garlic and onion greens dip tonight for the veggies tomorrow.

It required a blender or a food processor, neither of which I have so I used my hand blender. The recipe said to get the herbs garlic and green onion tops into some type of paste. Well, with the hand blender it just wouldn’t work.

I plopped in the yogurt and mayo and then blenderized the hell out of it so the herbs and the garlic would be very finely chopped but in the mean time it turned into an herbed frothy consistancy like a smoothie drink.

Any chance that if sitting in the refridge overnight it will congeal again?

Your answer would be so appreciated.

It should, since yogurt doesn’t have the same fat content like sour cream. Before you go to bed, check the bowl and give it a few taps on the counter to try to shake out the bubbles.

I sure hope it congeals more, I checked it a bit ago and was still runny. Oh and they only had no-fat plain yogurt, couldn’t find a regular 8 oz cup of it anywhere.
